Carín León has signed with WME for representation in all areas, marking an expansion into new global territories.
The Grammy-winning Mexican singer-songwriter will be working with the talent agency’s global co-head of music, Kirk M. Sommer, and continues to be managed by Westwood Entertainment, with PR handled by Sacks & Co.
“Carín is a generational artist,” Sommer added. “In his incredible career, he has consistently broken barriers and transcended genres. We are determined to bring the full weight of WME to bear to expand Carín’s fanbase around the world and we are honored to work with both Carín and Jorge.”
The three-time Latin Grammy Award winner is known for his roots in regional Mexican music, taking influence from other genres ranging from R&B, pop, country, and rock’n’roll. In the last year, he’s released collaborative tracks with Leon Bridges, Kane Brown, and Codiciado.
Drawing 28.2million monthly listeners on Spotify, León is known for hits like “Que Vuelvas”, “Según Quien” with Maluma, and “Primera Cita”, all of which entered the Billboard Hot 100.
Over the past year he’s made history on the live circuit, becoming the first-ever Latin artist to play Coachella and Stagecoach in the same year in 2024. He’s also set to become the first Latin artist to play the Sphere in Las Vegas with a seven-night run scheduled for 2026.
His most recent albums include 2023’s Colmillo De Leche and 2024’s Boca Chueca, Vol. 1 and Palabra De To’s. The 2025 extended record Palabra De To’s (Seca) is nominated for Best Música Mexicana Album at the 2026 Grammys.
