British guitarist and composer Sophie Lloyd has signed with International Talent Booking (ITB) for representation worldwide, excluding North and South America. She continues to be managed by Generation Entertainment, with public relations handled by The Noise Cartel.
Background and Career Highlights: Born in London, Lloyd began playing guitar at the age of nine, quickly developing a passion for rock and metal. She gained widespread recognition through her YouTube channel, where her technical skill and high-energy performances attracted a dedicated following. She later graduated with First-Class Honours in Popular Music Performance from the BIMM Institute London, further solidifying her place as one of the most exciting young guitarists in the industry.
In 2022, Lloyd joined Machine Gun Kelly’s touring band as lead guitarist for the Mainstream Sellout Tour, performing on major stages worldwide. Her presence on tour introduced her to an even broader audience, blending her virtuosic guitar playing with MGK’s pop-punk sound.
Recent Projects and Performances: Lloyd released her debut solo album, “Imposter Syndrome,” in 2023, a project that featured collaborations with various artists across the rock and metal genres. She continues to establish herself as a solo artist, with her first U.S. headlining show scheduled at the Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles on January 16, 2025.
