All three executives join from WME, where Shivers and Rubin served as Senior Partners in the music division and co-directors of the Hip-Hop/R&B team, while Baxter was a Senior Vice President, Partner in the music division, and co-director of the Pop and Rock teams.

Baxter, who has been recognized on Pollstar’s Women of Live list, has worked with artists such as André 3000, Kygo, Carly Rae Jepsen, SOFI TUKKER, and Kali Uchis.
